The ACB court has given a shock to the wife of late Chief Minister NTR and YSR Congress party leader Lakshmi Parvathi. It dismissed a petition filed by Lakshmi Parvathi regarding the assets of state opposition leader Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
Lakshmi Parvathi filed a petition in 2005 seeking an inquiry into Chandrababu’s assets. The ACB court recently heard the case. On this occasion, the court clarified that Lakshmi Parvathi has no right to seek inquiry on Chandrababu’s assets and it also said that the allegations were baseless. With this, Lakshmi Parvathi got a huge blow.
Lakshmi Parvathi filed a petition in the ACB court based on the details of the assets shown by Chandrababu in the 2004 election affidavit. Then, she approached the ACB court to seek an inquiry.
