Special: Top Producer worked in a killi kottu

Athanu Vyakthi Kadhu Maha Shakti said anchor Udaya Bhanu. If you are thinking she remarked with Balakrishna or mind..then no. She was talking about producer C Kalyan.

The event organizers found a right anchor in her to wax eloquent on all the guests present there at the pre release event of Ruler. She described Balakrishna as a vela kattaleni Vajram (a priceless gem).

It is true C Kalyan produced many films and played important role in film chamber activities but it is also important to note that he began his career as a Killi Kottu attender (assistant in a pan shop) in Chennai. It requires great persistence and hard work, smartness to be in a place where he is today.

He has another quality of cracking jokes on himself, always says “do you know what my surname is? Chillara. C for Chillara.” He shares an excellent rapport with the hero which is why he has associated with him more than once.
