Ileana D’Cruz, known for her roles in Telugu hits like “Pokiri” and “Jalsa,” recently talked about her latest movie, “Do Aur Do Pyaar,” which got mixed reviews. She explained that her break from acting wasn’t planned, it was due to the pandemic hitting when she was actively looking for good roles.
Then, filming started in 2021, followed by her pregnancy. She feels a strong connection with her character, Nora, who, like her, is sensitive and craves deep love and trust.
Ileana brushes off criticism lightly, saying some people are quick to judge, but she just laughs it off. She was surprised the director, Shirisha Guha Thakurta, didn’t expect her to accept the role of Nora so quickly, given its slightly negative portrayal.
