As there is a severe negativity from the public for the new motor vehicles act, the states like Kerala and Madhya Pradesh refused to implement it and Gujarat on the other side, has reduced the fines by a huge margin. So even the other states are soon expected to get compromised with the act, as it is receiving a severe backlash from all the sides.
