The release of Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2, directed by S. Shankar, seems to be facing another delay despite much anticipation among main fans. Originally slated for release June 27, rumours now suggest a potential shift to July 11.
The film, which had stalled in production until Udhayanidhi Stalin intervened, has been caught in a scheduling tug-of-war with Ram Charan’s Game Changer, with Lyca Productions pushing for Indian 2 to wrap first.
Despite concerns about potential delays affecting Game Changer, both films are nearing completion, with only post-production remaining. Shankar, managing both projects, is under scrutiny for the persistent delays in Indian 2. However, it appears that the release dates of both films will remain unaffected by each other’s progress.
