Though Janasena faced defeat in the assembly and Lok Sabha elections of Andhra Pradesh, it was able to make a reasonable impact in a few constituencies. But Janasena was nowhere heard in Rayalaseema. The party did not even get deposits in any of the 52 MLA constituencies of the region.
Unwilling to repeat the similar result in the next elections, Pawan Kalyan is now planning to tour in Rayalaseema region, as he considers strengthening the party in the region is important to sustain in AP politics for long.

Considering Pawan’s craze in Chittoor, the actor turned politician is planning for an effective campaign over there, expecting that it would fetch good results to his party.
But it should be noted that the entire Rayalaseema voters stood behind YSRCP in the last assembly elections. So Janasena has a bigger challenge of nullifying the ruling party and thus make an impact over it.
As YSRCP is already facing negativity right from the issues like the suspense in Amaravati capital, demolition of Praja Vedika till the latest house arresting TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu, the Janasena is anticipating that it may not be tough to convince the people for a third alternative in AP.
