Even after 100 days of ruling in the state, there is no clarity from the state government regarding the Capital city construction. The YSRCP leaders are making several contradictory statements which are further worsening the situation.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is maintaining mum on the issue, even though his statement has every chance to end the confusion about the Capital city. The acts of this sort are irritating Janasena party, which is strictly going against Jagan and his government.
Referring to YSRCP leader, Botsa Satyanarayana’s statements about Capital city, Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan called him a “Media CM”, implying that he makes statements in front of the media, thinking that he himself is a Chief Minister of the state.

Reacting to Pawan’s comments, the ruling party leaders are calling the Janasena Chief, a Benami to TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu. But the point to be noted here is, they criticized Pawan calling him a Benami, but did not answer to his question, which itself implies that the ruling party is not willing to open up anything about the Capital city.
Adding to it, none of the YSRCP leaders went against the BJP leaders, even though the latter made the similar comments like Pawan’s, due to the fear of getting targeted by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. So it is clear that Jagan and his government is playing a safe game in the state and is attacking small parties like Janasena with baseless arguments.
