Covid-19 cases have been on the rise each passing day. Over the past few weeks, several celebrities like Mahesh Babu, Manchu Lakshmi, Manoj, S Thaman, Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar, Sathyaraj, Hebba Patel, Bandla Ganesh, Trisha, Isha Chawla, Renu Desai, Lata Mangeshkar, Khushboo and many others have fallen prey for the virus.
Now, Keerthy Suresh is the latest celebrity to test positive for Coronavirus. The Mahanati actress confirmed the news online today. She took to Instagram and posted that she has tested positive despite taking all the necessary precautions and safety measures.
The actress wrote, “Hi everyone, I have tested positive for COVID-19, experiencing mild symptoms, despite taking all necessary precautions and safety measures, which is a scary reminder of the rate at which the virus is spreading, Please follow all the COVID safety norms and stay safe. I am currently in isolation and under safe care. Those who came in close contact with me, kindly do get tested.”
Keerthy Suresh has also urged everyone to take vaccines at the earliest to avoid severe symptoms and for better health. “Hoping for a speedy recovery and will be back in action soon!” she added.
On the work front, Keerthy will next be seen alongside Superstar Mahesh Babu in Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which is being directed by Parasuram Petla of Geetha Govindam fame.
