A 61-year-old Malayalam actress has filed a rape case against a man named Siya(37 years). The lady who filed a complaint against Siya is a well-known actress who is famous for her role in a comedy Malayalam show.
The actress claim that Siya had lured her over after he befriended him over the phone. “He gifted me a smartphone to lure me and then sexually exploited me”, the actress claims.
After receiving her complaint, Kerala police have started probe. As per the information provided by the police, Siya left for foreign a couple of weeks ago. After receiving the rape complaint, the police started investigating the case.
A couple of videos in which the actress is seen involved in sexual acts with Siya has become viral now. It seems like the couple was involved in intimate acts with mutual consent, going by the viral videos. The people over social media opinionate that the actress is simply blaming Siya after they got involved in sexual acts with mutual consent.
“Rape is a huge thing. After doing sex with mutual consent, how can she claim it to be rape?”, questions a netizen.
