Yatra movie is all set to be telecasted on MAA TV on this coming Sunday, which could be a postive sign for YSRCP.
Yatra is based on the late YS Rajashekar Reddy’s Padayatra episode, before he came into the power in 2004 elections. The movie captured all the scenes related to the dynamic leader, in an emotional manner and was also appreciated by the audience.
The movie was aimed to bring the positive prospects to YSRCP in the upcoming Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh. So, to make the film reach to the more audience, it seems, the YSRCP insiders now also planned to telecast the film on TV. As the film anyway was appreciated on the big screens, it would obviously be received by the small screen audience too, thus fetching YSRCP big.
When the election stunts like these are being performed by YSRCP, naturally, one would expect that even NTR Mahanayakudu, that backed TDP will be telecasted on TV before the elections. But there was no such announcement till date.
NTR Mahanayakudu showed Chandrababu Naidu’s character in a very positive mode and allegedly tried to change the history by including many lies in the film which were already known to the public. Reportedly, that was the reason behind the film’s failure at the box office.
In fact, Mahanayakudu caused more damage than otherwise. So unwilling to remind the bitter experience, it seems, the TDP insiders may not have planned to telecast NTR Mahanayakudu on TV. Along with it, Lakshmi’s NTR though not released in AP, has done enough damage to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and his party TDP, as many scenes from the film were leaked on the social media
Meanwhile, Yatra movie on TV is expected to reach more number of audience and thus add to the already existing positive signs to the YSRCP.
