White fungus is causing concern in India

In addition to black fungus, recently scientists identified white fungus and said that it is more dangerous than black fungus. It is said that white fungus will exhibit a severe impact on the lungs. Doctors say that it is life-threatening for the human race.

The white fungus cases have recently come into the limelight in Bihar. The white fungus has been identified in four people in Patna, Bihar. Although they tested negative for coronavirus, they had white fungus. However, they recovered from the disease as doctors gave them antifungal drugs.

The white fungus will exhibit its effect on the lungs, skin, nails, stomach, kidneys, brain, mucous membranes, and mouth. This fungus can be detected by HRCT. This white fungus is more likely to infect people who are taking steroids, less immune, and diabetic.
