War movie is currently setting the box office on fire. For the kind of disaster films, Tiger made in the past, he was severely trolled in the past. But it seems, the fate has changed overnight with War.
The film is witnessing some magical figures at the box office, as it secured a huge positive response from the audience. In India, War has been released in a total of 4000 screens, in Telugu and Tamil too, along with Hindi. Another 1350 screens in the overseas, picked War.
The film had a limited release (only evening and night shows) on its opening day in the international markets. It will see a full-fledged release today. War witnessed a whooping Rs. 51.60 crore record share in Hindi and another Rs. 1.75 crore, has been added from Telugu and Tamil versions, thus taking the total to Rs. 53.35 crore.

Among the 2019 releases, currently War is on the top, and Bharat stood in the next position with Rs. 42.30 crore. Mission Mangal (Rs. 29.16 cr), Saaho-Hindi (Rs. 24.40 cr), Kalank (Rs. 21.60 cr) occupied the further positions and stood as the top 5 releases of the year.
