Superb pre-release business for Vishal’s ‘Action’

Actor Vishal is known for his mass image in Telugu and Tamil movies. After ‘Abhimanyudu’, ‘Pandam Kodi 2’, Vishal is coming up with action thriller movie titled ‘Action’. Vishal and Tamannah joined hands yet again for an action film, after the debacle of Okkadochadu. Touted to be a thriller, Sundar C has directed this movie.

‘Action’ movie was made with a budget of Rs 55 Crore, which is high in Vishal’s career. Like this film’s budget, ‘Action’ has done a superb pre-release business.

Andhra – Telangana – 7.2 Crore (Including Tax and Publicity)

Tamil Nadu (Tamil Version) – 17.4 Crore

India and Worldwide – 04.2 Crore

Telugu + Tamil Total Business – 28.8 Crore

Coming to Vishal’s Telugu market, Abhimanyudu did pre-release business for Rs 4.5 Crore in various states. It had collected Rs 9.2 Crore in its final run. In addition, Vishal’s Pandem Kodi 2 pre-release business is Rs 10 Crore and overall, it has collected Rs 7.5 Crore. Now, Action movie has done Rs 7.2 Crore pre-release business.

There are huge expectations on ‘Action’ movie, as trailer has impressed the audience. This movie is one of the biggest releases in the career of Vishal. Trade reports are predicting that if this film gets positive mouth publicity, this movie will bring profits to distributors.
