It is known that two saints and a driver were beaten to death by villagers in Palghar, Maharashtra on suspicion of theft on 17th April. FIR filed against villagers and 110 people, out of which 101 people were arrested and 9 minors have been sent to a juvenile shelter home.
This brutal incident brought severe outrage over the Sadhu community across the country. In an interesting fact, none of the persons who attacked the Saints belong to the Muslim religion. Hence it shows us that the stupidity of the humans’ doesn’t require any religious beliefs as a mask.
Meanwhile, the opposition in Maharashtra is arguing that there is a huge conspiracy behind the death of the two Sadhus and the driver and the government has released the list of responsible persons for this mob lynching.
This moronic incident happened in the presence of the Police and this tells us how our society is being protected by our so-called-real-heroes who have terribly failed to control the rage of the villagers.
