Lately, actor turned politician Pawan Kalyan has requested everyone to maintain lock down and move out only in emergency conditions. He hailed the services of doctors, police and others for their duty bound services, which was well received by the public.
He is well-known for his altruistic nature and philanthropic activities who always come forward with massive donations in the time of crisis.
Pawan Kalyan publicly announced on Twitter that he will be donating Rs 50 Lakhs each to both AP and Telangana CM relief funds(Which is 1 crore in total) to combat against Corona pandemic.
Very soon he also tweeted “I will be donating Rs. 1 crore to PM relief fund to support Hon. PM Narendra Modi ji, in turbulent times like this. His exemplary and inspiring leadership would truly bring our country from this Corona Pandemic.”
Many Twitteratis have responded with outpouring of love and admiration within no time to laud Pawan Kalyan’s great initiative. Nonetheless, there were few foolish people who commented as show off, while few others took a jibe by saying it’s black money.
Let’s hope his initiative can at least create a positive chain reaction by inspiring other celebs to come forward.
