PM addressed about prevailing Corona pandemic situation in Mann ki Baat

Honourable Prime minister Narendra Modi said the world is in serious phase and appreciates the citizens for combating the Covid-19 pandemic incessantly by abiding by the lock down rules.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday has addressed in the 63rd edition of his monthly radio programme ‘Mann Ki Baat’ at 11 am in the country in the wake of novel coronavirus epidemic.

In today’s episode he focused on the situation prevailing in the country in the view of COVID-19.”

He begun with the words my dear lovely country people and went on to discuss the pain and dedication followed by many people in the crisis period.

“Just look at the small shop business owners. They haven’t stopped and still providing services and working incessantly. Look at the police for their duty bound service, farmers who work and never cease to supply the food, doctors who are working for the Covid-19 patients 24 hrs, Banking service people, municipal workers, delivery men, 1000’s who work behind Internet services, digital payments and many such people are working even when the country is at a stand still. They are real heroes and thanking them is still not enough, PM expressed

PM asked everyone to take safety precautions and take care of family members. He said maintaining social distancing and home quarantine is the key for corona control.

He came up with a slogan like phrase “Raise social distance and reduce emotional distance.” I’m not a yogic instructor, however yoga has helped me to a greater extent to maintain hygiene. Also I have stumbled across many people who have started learning the old musical instruments which were lying aside and I appreciated all those who are utilising the time wisely, said PM.

He said not to believe in the fake message alerts bout corona virus who are spreading falsehood and myths. Finally ended the speech with a heartfelt message that we all should fight this epidemic, every person should feel it and ended optimistically that we will win this situation for sure.
