NTV Narendra Chowdary stands out amidst Covid-19 crisis

The Covid-19 crisis has hit the media industry so hard that many media houses have resorted to cost-cutting exercises. With the sudden onset of dilemmas, the management of each media company has been removing employees who have been working close to them for a long time, while some other companies have been paying half salaries in the wake of the pandemic.

Amidst these unfortunate developments in the media field, NTV chairman Tummala Narendra Chowdary has shown a great gesture by hiking the salaries and providing much-needed support to the staff.

Narendra Chowdary, who already administered the first dose of vaccine to employees in such a difficult situation, will soon be able to manage the vaccination drive again and complete the second dose as well.

In addition to this, Mr Chowdary also considered the hardships of his employees and increased the salaries. Not only hiking salaries of the employees, but the channel is also showing interest in recruiting new employees.

Employees, who are working under him, are on cloud nine as the management is considering them as their family and giving them solid support in testing times.
