On the contrary to multiple rumors regarding the OTT release of Nithiin‘s Check, the makers have announced that the film will be releasing on theatres.
As per latest update from the makers of Check, the film will be out in theatres on 19th February.
The Chandrasekhar Yeleti directorial is touted to be a suspense thriller and the screenplay will apparently resemble the game of chess.
Notably, Sankranthi releases like Krack and Red have done pretty well at the box office despite the 50% occupancy norm. This is prompting producers to release their films in theatres.
Interestingly, Nithiin will have two releases in a span of 2 months. While Check will be out on 19th February, Rang De, starring Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh will be releasing on 26th March.
Check has Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Prakash Varrier in female lead roles. It is bankrolled under Bhavya Creations banner.
