TDP chief Chandrababu has made it clear that if YCP MLAs and MPs resign in support of the ongoing movement against privatization of the steel industry, they will resign in the next minute. Chandrababu says that he is willing to do whatever the CM says to protect the steel plant without ego. He added that the government has a greater responsibility in this regard.
Recently, the police broke a hunger strike by TDP leader Palla Srinivasa Rao against the privatization of a steel plant. Chandrababu also expressed support for the initiation camps set up by the All India Trade Unions and Steel Displaced Unions at the entrance of the Kurmannapalem Steel Plant.
