We keep reading here and there that Parusuram is demanding ten crores as his remuneration and an advance of three crore but in reality is, he worth it?
He has a commitment to do a film with Geeta Arts, it is a three-film deal. Srirastu Subhamastu and Geetha Govindam is done. There is one more which he has to do with them.
Right now, he has signed a film with AK Entertainments and will be directing Naga Chaitanya. He also has to do a film for Mythri Movie Makers.
The remuneration from all 3 films with Geeta Arts are on sharing basis. There is no remuneration but the pay will be on profit basis like around 20 to 30 percent.
Sources say for Allu Sirish film, he was paid 3 or 4 lakhs every month. After Geetha Govindam, he wanted to work with Mahesh Babu on Geeta Arts banner but none of the heroes were available.
Parusuram is not a ten-crore director, his stories are not big, they don’t have a span for big heroes. Even if he gives a hit, he won’t rise.
We have to understand that certain stories appeal to all sections of the audience and all directors can’t cater to it.
Similarly, big directors are stuck in a trap, they can’t do small films. If they do web series, their image will take a beating.
