Exclusive: Dagubbati father and son duo real drama for reel drama

A lot of crap is being written about the differences between cinematographer Divakar Mani and director Venu Udugula of Virata Parvam 1992. Because the film is being delayed, there is a lot of gossip going on in the industry.

The truth is the cameraman had actually inked a contract for working specific months for the project after which he would go to another movie.

But this was not meant to be ….just not once, multiple times the shoot kept getting postponed because of Rana’s ill health.

The cameraman asked for leave so that he would finish his other project and return but Suresh and Rana are not allowing him because the director is a newcomer and can’t handle on his own with another DoP for time being.

Also once Diwakar leaves they are uncertain that he might return.

Meanwhile, Sai Pallavi is doing Shekar Kammula’s film, Venu Udugula is busy with another project, Rana has left to the US again and everyone are busy doing their own thing.

Poor Divakar, he had to face the same with Ranarangam when Sharwanand kept him waiting till Padi Padi Leche Manasu wrapped up.

Suresh Babu has the habit of keeping people waiting, this is not just with DoPs but directors as well.

In this case, he is not sure of his son’s return and recovery but wants the DoP to wait for him skipping his projects.
