With the Central Government calling for a total lock down of the country, even the Chief Ministers have ordered for a much strict measure in their respective States.
In the same course of action, Ex-Chief Minister Nara Chandra Babu Naidu has appealed to all the citizens of Andhra Pradesh to respect the lock down and adhere with the Government rules and regulations without fail.
This is a National and Global emergency, hence one and all must understand the severity of the situation and act accordingly, said Chandra Babu Naidu.
He also expressed his concern on how this will affect the agricultural industry as with the lock down, it will be impossible for normal operations of day to day agriculture activities.
He also asked the State Government and the Central Government to support the farmers. Please ensure that the prices of the daily necessities should be controlled so that the poor and the common man can survive in this war-like scarcity and panic everywhere, he stressed.
This is not the time for YCP to criticize but to see to it that employment is not suffered, concluded Naidu in the conference on Tuesday.
