The Delhi High Court, in a shocking turn of events, has passed a verdict giving the people the freedom to file a petition against the CM, in case he fails to fulfill any of the promises he made in public. This includes any and all of the promises that the CM has made, to do for the state, before he was elected as the CM.
In this case, Arvind Kejriwal had said that he would pay the rent for all those workers who weren’t able to pay their rent but failed to do it. This has led many people to go to court and filed a petition against the CM.
With the Delhi High Court passing this verdict, it has become the hot topic in all other states of the country as well, with other CMs said to be scared that the High Courts of those other states would also pass the same verdict. Not many CMs are known to fulfill all of their promises, and no one has had the authority to question the CM till now, but with this, it is now to be seen what will happen.
