IPS officer RS Praveen Kumar, who recently announced his voluntary retirement from his post, has made a sensational statement saying that thousands of Praveen Kumars will be born if a case is filed on one Praveen Kumar. He said that a case was filed against him on the very next day after he announced his VRS, in Karimnagar. He also questioned what the 29 Dalit MLAs in the state were doing. Praveen also said that the funds that the CM allotted for Huzurabad should be used for the construction of Gurukul schools.
Praveen also said that all the Universities in the country consisted of only 2% of professors who belong to the Dalit community. He said that it is important to make sure that the Dalit community is safeguarded and that the trend of Chief Ministers who make promises to the Dalit community and later fail to uphold them, is put an end to.
He said that it’s been 75 years since India got its Independence and that it’s high time that the Dalit community is bettered. He said that he quit his job to serve the people belonging to that community, despite the fact that leaving a job is not that easy.
