Leading industrialist Anand Mahindra has said that we may never know the truth behind the birth of the coronavirus that is plaguing the world.
China has been blamed for the pandemic, with a recent study confirming that the virus was created in a lab by scientists in that country. Responding to the article on Twitter, Mahindra said that Covid had caused more damage than nuclear weapons.
“We may never know the truth behind its origin. But the fact is that in the current situation, there is a need to make an agreement on the prevention of biological weapons, such as the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.
The virus has already caused more damage to the world than nuclear weapons. The epidemic has so far claimed 35.65 Lakh lives worldwide. India has the second-highest death toll.” Anand Mahindra said.
