AP CM YS Jaganmohan Reddy has directed the authorities to complete the Polavaram Project in a timely manner. The CM reviewed the progress of the irrigation projects at the CM’s camp office in Thadepalli. The progress of the work of the priority projects was mainly discussed. The projects were ordered to be completed within the set target. Authorities have been advised to expedite relief and rehabilitation programs to prevent flooding due to the Kafr dam. He said that R&R work should be carried out as per the prescribed plan.
Jagan also reviewed Uttarandhra irrigation projects. Officials told the CM that the Vamsadhara-Nagavali projects would be completed by June this year.
