Janasena criticized the Jagan govt that no progress has been made in the Ramathirtham case so far, even though weeks have passed.
Against this backdrop, Janasena and BJP are busy forming the Ramatirtha Fighting Committee.
The committee will be headed by party general secretary Shivshankar. Party Political Affairs Committee member Palavalasa Yashaswini, Uttarandhra Regional Committee members Gadsala Apparao and Dr. Boddipalli Raghu were appointed as members of the committee. A statement to this effect was issued by the Janasena Party.
The off-the-record police say that if they are given freedom, they will solve any serious cases within hours. In this context, it is doubtful that the police were not given complete freedom in this case.
BJP state president Somu Veerraju said the committee would work with the team to ensure speedy justice in the case. He said the committee would work in coordination with the BJP, mobilizing Janasena activists when needed.
