Director Nelson Dilip Kumar notably cast Mohanlal, Shivraj Kumar, and Jackie Shroff alongside Rajinikanth in the film Jailer, which turned out to be a massive hit. The guest appearances by Mohanlal and Shivraj Kumar were pivotal to the film’s success.
Nelson is contemplating a similar approach for his next project with Vijay. He intends to cast star heroes from various film industries, including Mahesh Babu from Tollywood, Shah Rukh Khan from Bollywood, and Mammootty from the Malayalam film industry, to star alongside Vijay.
The idea of bringing Mahesh Babu and Shah Rukh Khan to join with Vijay is quite unconventional, and it remains to be seen how Nelson will execute this if Vijay accepts the offer.
