Telangana BJP president Bandi Sanjay was incensed over his own party leaders as the BJP leaders went to meet KTR without intimating him.
The BJP candidate from the Lingojiguda division won the Municipal Corporation elections. However, he died before he could be sworn in. With that, a by-election became inevitable in Lingojiguda. All the BJP leaders in the constituency took the appointment of KCR and met him. They have asked KTR that the family member of the deceased BJP candidate should win unanimously.
KTR also responded positively and decided not to compete with the Lingojiguda division. But Bandi Sanjay did not like it. “It is a BJP’s sitting seat, where there is a chance of winning again with a huge majority. In that scenario, why BJP leaders should go and meet KCR for consensus? What is the point of not taking my permission?”, he said.
