The AP High court gave a sensational verdict in the contempt of the court case of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly Secretary Balakrishnamacharyulu.
Balakrishnamacharyulu was ordered to remain in the court till the end of court time in the evening. Also, a fine of Rs.1000 was imposed on him.
The court ordered a week of ordinary imprisonment if the fine is not paid by him.
The court ruled that Assembly Secretary Balakrishnamacharya was guilty of contempt of court for not enforcing the High Court judgment in the case of outsourced employees.
