Anasuya Bharadwaj and Viraj’s upcoming film ‘Thank You Brother’ is all set to have its digital release on Telugu OTT platform Aha on May 7, 2021.
Due to the second wave of Covid-19 and the closure of theatres, the makers of the film skipped the theatrical release and opted for the digital release.
Ahead of the release on Aha, the interesting news is heard in films circles that ‘Thank You Brother’ is said to be a copy of the 2019 Nigerian film Elevator Baby.
Reports suggest that a few filmmakers are copying Nigerian films by making a few changes to them. However, only after the release of ‘Thank You Brother’, we can find whether or not the film is copied from Elevator Baby.
The film is directed by Ramesh Raparthi and is bankrolled by Magunta Sharath Chandra Reddy, Tarak Nath Bommi Reddy under the Just Ordinary Entertainments banner. The DOP is handled by Suresh Ragutu while the music is given by Guna Balasubrahmanyam.
