Widely popular TV host and actress Anasuya has emerged as the go-to choice for author-backed roles of late. But things are not going quite as planned for the senior actress.
Films starring Anasuya in the lead role are failing to impress the audiences. Her previous film Kathanam in which she played the lady lead was a box office failure. Her latest outing, Thank You Brother is also being termed a dud.
It needs to be said that Anasuya’s decisions when it comes to script selection have been going wrong big time.
The proven actress has taken note of her recent failures and is trying to get back to winning ways now. She is focusing on guest roles and extended cameos in biggies. She will next be seen in films like Acharya, Pushpa, Khiladi, and Rangamarthanda.
It has to be seen if these biggies will rejuvenate Anasuya’s career now.
