Baldia Enforcement has shocked Tollywood senior actor Manchu Mohan Babu. A fine of Rs 1 lakh was imposed for erecting a huge hoarding with LED lights outside his house. Authorities fined him Rs 1 lakh in violation of regulations on houses in Jubilee Hills.
A challan to this effect has been issued by the GHMC EVDM Division. The officials said that the fine was imposed for setting up a notice board without any permission.
An advertisement board was set up in front of the house and the building frontage exceeded 15 per cent.
Officials said it was an offence under the relevant sections to set up such a hoarding without prior permission. Hence, they imposed a fine of One lakh rupees under the GHMC Act.
