Central Government gave relaxation to the domestic flight services in India and the individual states and their respective airports are given the freedom to restart their services. Few states restarted the services right away while few other states are not yet ready for the operations.
On the first day, 82 domestic flight services got cancelled in Delhi alone. More cancellations all round the country made passengers feel the heat of the lock down, in the airports. For few services, the origin airports are not ready while for few others the destination airports are not ready.
It may take a while for the airports and the airlines to restart the services in a full fledged way. Meanwhile, the passengers have to face troubles in the airport. Social distancing is being followed and the respective airlines are taking appropriate precautions as per the guidelines of the Central Government. Stay tuned for more updates.
