Five killed and 21 injured in a mass shooting in the US state of Texas on Saturday. Even the suspect was shot dead in an exchange of fire with the police.
The officials revealed that the suspect hijacked a US mail carrier truck and released fire, staying in the same truck and killed the common public. They later escaped from the spot, after the situations went out of their hands with the arrival of police.
The police asked the local people to be alert and officials are conducting the search operations in and around the city, to make sure all the culprits leave the place. They also announced that all the victims will get proper justice soon.
Reacting to the incident, President Donald Trump tweeted, “Just briefed by Attorney General Barr about the shootings in Texas. FBI and Law Enforcement is fully engaged. More to follow.”
