One of the ace producers of TFI, PVP, is known for making high budget and lavish movies. In the recent times, his movies Maharshi and Evaru did a good business at the box office.
Recently, PVP has revealed the cunning side of TOP directors while speaking with the leading media house.
In his interview, he revealed that two of the biggest directors in South Indian Film Industry (mainly from Kollywood) do not even want producers to be on the sets.
Although, he did not reveal the names, netizens are predicting that those two directors would be Shankar and Murugadoss or Atlee.
He went on to say that the film industry will progress only when hero-director-producer work on profit sharing basis.
He also revealed that director Srikanth Addala directed Brahmotsavam movie without revealing script to him. He further said, “If a ten crore worth set is being built, the director should know the pain of it.
Take complete ownership like Rajamouli and deliver the needful, or leave to the hands of producers.”
