YSRCP once again stumbles in Supreme Court

The government of Andhra Pradesh and the Judiciary have not seen eye to eye on almost any matter. From the High Court to the Supreme Court, the courts have repeatedly gone against the wishes of the government of Andhra Pradesh.

The Supreme Court has now once again gone against the wishes of the government of Andhra Pradesh, by refusing to cancel the stay order that the High Court has given over distributing the lands of Amaravati to the poor.

When the AP government decided to give the lands of Amaravati to the poor, the farmers of Amaravati went to the High Court and filed a petition which says that distributing the lands of Amravati to other people is against the CRDA law.

The Supreme Court has now said that the government should use the lands of Amaravati only for the purpose of development of the Capital, and is not supposed to give those lands away to anyone, or use them for any other purpose. It also said that the government should deal with the High Court in this matter, and that the Supreme Court cannot do anything about it.

It is also to be noted that the AP government has repeatedly been approaching the Supreme Court to counter the High Court, despite the many setbacks it has faced. Many concerns are being raised, saying that the government is misusing the money of the people for all of these court cases.

Also, the government of AP has failed to give away the lands and plots to the poor people of the state, something that it was supposed to do a long time ago. It first planned to give them away on Ugadi, then on Ambedkar Jayanthi, then on YSR’s birthday, and then on Independence Day. However, the government has failed to give these away even on Independence day.

All those who are supposed to get these plots and lands are now starting to feel very negatively about what’s going on, and are saying that perhaps the government is not really determined about giving it to them. Many are saying that if the government was really serious about giving them their plots and lands, then it would have found a way by now. Given that the government has not been able to do so, it does seem like the government is really not that determined after all.

It is also to be noted that the government is repeatedly blaming the opposition for the delay in giving away these lands and plots, when the opposition has nothing to do with it in reality.
