It has been over 250 days since the AP government decided to change the capital from Amaravati to Visakhapatnam. Technically, Amaravati will remain as the legislative capital to which the people of Krishna and Guntur district are not at all satisfied and are furious on Jagan and co.
Many legal issues arose on this decision of the YSRCP government and the High court issued a stay on the Governor’s approval as well. Still the AP government has started its work in Vizag.
Amid these complicated situations, the people in Krishna and Guntur districts who were in hope that the prices of their lands will go sky high are in utter disbelief witnessing the damage that is being done to them. This effect fell on the local YSRCP leaders in these two districts.
Though the people are not holding anything on the MLAs personally, they were agitated with their Supremo Jagan and particularly, two communities are planning to vote against the YSRCP in the next elections so that they can elect the leaders who can fight for them.
There is confidence all over the ruling party leaders that no matter what, the YSRCP will come into ruling in the upcoming elections also. But the leaders in Krishna and Guntur district won’t get hold of their MLA seats even though YSRCP comes to power with unanimous support from Uttarandhra and Rayalaseema through their three capital decisions.
This is such a horrible situation for them and the negative result seems to be inevitable. So, how can they sleep at nights after being exposed to this much threat and with no hope on their political careers?
