The fake news has become a serious threat to society these days. Spreading lies through social media pages and groups and targeting popular personalities has become a common thing and most importantly in politics these play a major role to manipulate people.
One such incident that happened most recently is leading to the arrests of the youth who handle the Telugu Desam Party’s unofficial pages. This is all about the fake news that was spread about the prominent BJP leader GVL Narasimha Rao. It is being said that GVL shares a close relationship with the AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy’s own nephew, the husband of YS Sharmila, Brother Anil.
The TDP social media pages related a poster like image which says that GVL Narasimha Rao is Brother Anil’s Aunt’s son. Everyone in the state was surprised as this poster went viral. Only one question started to eat their brains – “The two above mentioned people are very popular personalities and how come the relationship between these two remain secret all these days?”
Finally, GVL Narasimha Rao cleared all air and confirmed that he shares no relationship with Anil and clarified that some one intentionally is spreading lies over him. He filed a complaint against the Facebook Page admins of ‘TDP youth’ and ‘Jai Telugu Desam’ who might get arrested in a short period by the Police. Now, it is all up to GVL. If he wants to show mercy on the youth, he can withdraw the petition but given the rage he showed on this issue it seems he is not going to take rest until the culprits get punished.
