We are regretting now for giving you one chance: Dalit Leaders criticized Jagan

On the occasion of the 130th birth anniversary of the maker of the Indian Constitution, BR Ambedkar, ‘Jai Bheem’ district President BKS Anand paid tribute to the BR Ambedkar statue near the Anantpur Zilla Parishad office.

Speaking to the media, he criticized AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy. He alleged that the AP government is not releasing funds under the scheme ‘Ambedkar Foreign Education’ to the students of AP. Anand said, “As you asked for one chance, we gave you. But now, we are hitting ourselves with our sandals as a reward for giving you that one chance.”

Anand said that former CM Chandrababu introduced the ‘Ambedkar foreign Education’ scheme with the intention that poor students should pursue higher education. He incensed as Jagan abolished it. He added that the students and parents are left helpless with the attitude of the AP government.
