Vote for change, Jagan appeals to people

(Online Desk)

YSRCP Chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy on Saturday made a fervent appeal to people to vote for a change as the TDP government has failed to honor its promises.

He alleged that Naidu had gone back on back on as many as many as 600 poll promises made during the last polls and now trying to hoodwink people with fresh promises, which would also meet the same fate.

Addressing series of meetingsm he and his mother Vijayamma had called upon people to recall the glorious days of his late father YS Rahasekhara Reddy.

They also claimed that Naidu government had credibility.

He promised that, if his party voted to power, te RTC would be merged into government and consider all their long pending demands of the workers. “Farmers, women groups, students, youth, old age people and all sections would be benefitted from the Navaratnas”, he said and appealed to vote for Fan symbol.  Also appealed not to be carried away by the crumbs thrown by Chandrababu Naidu before elections.

Son and mother also said; “If Naidu is ew-elected back, anarchy would unleash further and people will have to pay a very high price. We have seen in the last five years, how he has went back on all the poll promises and how he started showering crumbs just three months before the elections”.

Naidu has assured that jobs would be created failing which stipend would be given to youth. Jobs were not created to all but Lokesh gets the job and stipend in the form three ministerial berths. Rampant corruption was seen during the past five years and reports like NABARD and other institutions had shown that our state has slipped to the rock bottom under TDP rule.

Contrary to Naidu’s misrule, they said YSR had brought in schemes that benefitted all sections of the people and completed major portion of many of the irrigation works.  But, Naidu did not complete the remaining small fraction of work though many parts of the region are facing water crisis.

Though the Chief Minister made 16 visits to the place Velugonda, yet the project did not move even 16 inches further, they pointed out.
