Vivek Oberoi dons the hat of a producer for a crime mystery

As of late, Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi announced his forthcoming creation named ‘Iti’. This would be the first film for Vivek Oberoi as a producer in a joint venture with Mandira Entertainment and his home production Oberoi Mega Ent. The official declaration was made with an intriguing film poster on his twitter handle. The unveiled poster is set in the backdrop of remote backwoods in a grey coloured palette.

The film poster likewise has a tag line ‘Can you solve your own murder’?, composed on it. Vishal Mishra who is known for his films like Coffee with D, Happy Hardy, Hotel Milan among others is helming the film.

Sharing the news on Twitter, Vivek Oberoi declared that the film will go on floors by Oct’20. “Excited to announce our 1st film- #Iti Produced by @mandiraa_ent & my home production Oberoi Mega Ent. A high concept thriller directed by the talented @mishravishal . To go on floors by Oct’20Crossed fingers#PrernaVArora. Heartfelt thank you to each one of you for all your love & support”, he tweeted.

Donning multiple hats as a producer cum actor, Vivek said that he was quite impressed instantly by the high concept story narrated by Vishal Mishra and decided to fund the project. This film will be the first to be bankrolled by Kussum Arora of Mandiraa Entertainment. Producer Girish Johar along with other producers of Mandiraa Entertainment, Prerna V Arora, Reshabh D. Saraf and Keyur Pandya backs the project in collaboration with Oberoi Mega Ent.

Touted to be a crime mystery, the premise of ‘Iti’ narrates about a determined woman who races against time to solve her own murder. It’s an intricate mystery tale with compelling characters. The film marks the debut of Rajeev Sen, who is the brother of Sushmitha Sen.
