Vishal denies contesting against Chandrababu Naidu

For the past few days, there have been rumours that Kollywood actor Vishal is planning to join politics and would contest against TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu in Andhra Pradesh’s Kuppam.

Now, the Enemy actor responded to these rumours and denied reports claiming Vishal is set to enter politics.

Vishal took to social media and wrote, “I have been hearing rumours about my entry into politics in Andhra Pradesh & contesting in Kuppam constituency. I absolutely deny it, not aware of this at all& nobody contacted me about this. I don’t know from where this news surfaced. It’s going to be Movies & Movies for me & there is no intention of entering into Andhra Pradesh politics or contesting against Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu. (sic)”

On the movie front, Vishal will next be seen in debutant director Vinoth Kumar’s Laththi and Adhik Ravichandran’s period gangster saga Mark Antony. He is also planning to turn director for the sequel of Thupparivalan.
