Both Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Deverakonda are very much excited about Liger, their maiden pan-India project. They are set to resume shooting at a specially erected set tomorrow.
The latest news is that the makers of the action thriller have locked the release date.
As per our well-placed sources, Liger is all set to hit the silver screens across the country on 9th of September this year.
The film will be out in theatres on the occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi.
Team Liger stated that the release date will be announced at 8:14 AM tomorrow and now, we are exclusively revealing the date even before official announcement.
Liger has Puri Jagannadh at the helm and Karan Johar is co-producing the project. Bollywood diva Ananya Panday is romancing Vijay Deverakonda in the film.
