Few months ago during the lockdown, UoH invited Entrepreneurial Minds for the innovative start up plans in the Agro-industry. The online Startup Launcher Programme (SLP) is a mentorship programme initiated by The Entrepreneur Zone (TEZ), in collaboration with ASPIRE at University of Hyderabad (UoH). ASPIRE houses three incubators of UoH.
University of Hyderabad held a certification award ceremony on Saturday to award aspiring entrepreneurs who finished their 3 month Entrepreneurship Development and Startup Management programme.
Prof Reddanna, advisor of ASPIRE, Prof G Rajaram, Coordinator at TIDE, an incubator, Dr Nandita Sethi, MD of TEZ were present at the event. The programme was conducted while following social distancing norms and only awardees and advisors attended.
Aspire was established to create a network of technology centres and to set up incubation centres to boost enterpreneurship. It aims to promote innovation for unmet social needs in agro industry and reduce unemployment.
TEZ has been providing mentorship, advisory and services support to the upcoming entrepreneurs so that they turn ideas, research and innovation into a business proposition, which brings a path breaking change in the market and customer.
