Those who commented on the judiciary being arrested in AP

Members of the YSRCP have a very long and profound history of bad-mouthing High Court judges, and the judiciary, whenever a judgement is made against their favour. So far, they’ve been able to get away with this kind of behaviour but looks like their actions are now catching up with them.

Lingareddy Rajasekhar Reddy, an activist who used to live in the Gulf region till now, was recently arrested by the CBI, upon his return to India. This is now causing major tension for other YSRCP members, who are scared that they would be next on the hitlist. After Lingareddy’s passport was cancelled, he took to Facebook to post the same, and expressed confidence in Chief Minister Jagan, saying that the CM would take care of things and make them right.

Now, Lingareddy’s Facebook account has gone missing, and this is troubling everyone else. Earlier, Gurrampati Devender Reddy, the digital director of the AP government, posted on his FB page that he is confident that the government will intervene and make things right for Lingareddy, but that didn’t happen. With the government’s non-interference, YSRCP members are calling out the government’s inaction.

On the other hand, it is being said that the CBI is planning to arrest more and more people who have badmouthed the judiciary, and considering that the CID hadn’t taken any action at the right time, the CBI stepped in. The High Court is also not expected to pardon any of these people easily, given that they spoke against the judges of the HC itself. It is being said that there are as many as 22 people on the CBI’s list and that these 22 people can be arrested at any point. While all of these people are being arrested, if the YSRCP government helps these people, then it would seem to the public as though the government is backing the wrongdoers, but if the government doesn’t help them, then the YSRCP will lose the loyalty of its members, It is now to be seen what the YSRCP government will do in this regards.
