The scientists are doing their best to find out a vaccine for the COVID-19 as soon as possible and the government is advising the citizens to stay patient and obey the lockdown rules. On the other side, there are a number of researches being conducted and many of them demonstrated theories about the Novel Corona Virus’s lifetime on various surfaces.
Now, a new theory has come out which suggests that the COVID-19 virus strains are present in the human sperm. China-America scientists have found out the presence of COVID-19 in the sperm samples taken from 38 patients in China’s Shangikyu hospital.
The life span of the COVID-19 in a sperm sample is yet to be determined and the scientists are not quite sure whether the female gets infected with the virus or not if she participates in sex with the infected male. However, they made it clear that there is no presence of the virus in the recovered patients.
Hence the scientists suggest the infected persons not to commit sex for at least 2 weeks as their research is in the preliminary phase. Till now, there is complete evidence that the COVID-19 spreads through Cough droplets, saliva, sneeze droplets, blood, and tears. It is yet to know if the Corona spreads through sex or not.
