Tollywood is reeling under umpteen pressure as the government of Andhra Pradesh has imposed restrictions on cinema ticket pricing. Earlier Nani called out the government, saying it is unfair to solely target the theatrical industry. “When a grocery store owner makes more mony than theatres, it is not right. It is nothing but insulting the cinema audience,” Nani said.
Now, Deva Katta and Sundeep Kishan have shared cryptic tweets as they take potshots at the government of Andhra Pradesh.
Deva Katta tweeted “”Forget movie tckts, govt fixing rates on any private “product” in a self-correcting, demand based market economy is absolutely undemocratic, illegal & dictatorial! Since “majority” of us don’t even understand this basic fact, let’s just enjoy this “wreck” of a ride together!!.”
“it’s ok if you choose to stay silent…everybody has their reasons..but it’s very very very important to be aware atleast…
Very aware of the right and wrong…
Very aware of our basic rights…
Very aware of the future we atleast hope to see….” Sundeep Kishan tweeted.
