Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Delhi today, to discuss a lot of issues, along with discussing about the G20 conferences to be held in Andhra Pradesh, in 2023.
Jagan is said to have spoken to Modi about the several pending issues pertaining to the bifurcation of the state. He is said to have reminded the PM that AP’s position hasn’t gotten any better since the bifurcation, despite all of the promises that were made, and the special committee headed by the Union Finance Secretary, where several meetings and discussions were held.
Jagan has also reportedly spoken about the funds that are yet to be given for the completion of the Polavaram project. He also reportedly asked the Centre to grant 12 more medical colleges to the state. The CM is also said to have assured the PM that AP is fully equipped to tackle the new wave of coronavirus.
