Andhra Pradesh state Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh said that the decision on the Class X exams would be taken in a timely manner. The eleventh standard examinations are scheduled to start on June 7. In the state of Andhra Pradesh, more than 20,000 corona cases are being reported every 24 hours. The government has already postponed intermediate board examinations due to the severity of the coronavirus.
On the other hand, the opposition parties are demanding the cancelation of the Class X examinations. Minister Adimulapu Suresh said that a decision on this will be taken soon. However, the government is of the view that it would be better to postpone the Class X examinations than to cancel them.
